1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using Exposentra, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent. You must be an adult with authority to act for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Controlled early access
Exposentra is currently offered as a controlled early-access service. Features, limits, workflows, mobile availability and technical requirements may change as the product is tested and improved. We may pause, modify or discontinue an early-access feature, and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active users.
3. Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate business information, keep authentication methods secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Workspace administrators are responsible for authorising users, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer required. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Authorised assets only
You may add, verify and assess only domains, public IP addresses and related assets that your organisation owns, controls or has explicit authority to assess. Asset verification is a safety control, not proof of legal ownership or permission. You remain responsible for confirming that every assessment is authorised and does not breach a contract, law or third-party right.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Exposentra to:
- assess a third party without appropriate permission;
- attempt to exploit, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system;
- circumvent product safeguards, verification, access controls or usage limits;
- upload malicious material or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity;
- reverse engineer or copy protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent a score, report or finding as a certification, audit opinion or guarantee.
6. Nature and limitations of results
Exposentra provides an external, point-in-time view based on publicly observable signals and reachable services. Results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or affected by network conditions, third-party systems and configuration changes. Scores and recommendations are decision-support information—not a guarantee of security, a regulatory certification, a penetration test, a legal opinion or a substitute for professional judgement.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing findings in context, validating proposed changes before implementation, maintaining backups and change controls, and obtaining specialist advice where the risk or business impact requires it. Do not provide passwords, confidential system configurations, special-category personal data or unnecessary customer information through support channels.
8. Fees and future plans
Commercial plans are being finalised. No paid subscription will begin without clear information about the applicable price, billing period and material plan terms, followed by an explicit purchase or acceptance step. If a subscription is purchased through an app store or payment provider, that provider’s billing and cancellation terms may also apply.
9. Intellectual property and licence
CyberHunter Ltd and its licensors retain rights in Exposentra, including its software, interface, scoring presentation, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant authorised users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the organisation’s internal business-security purposes during the applicable access period. You retain rights in information your organisation supplies.
10. Confidentiality and feedback
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is required by law. If you provide product feedback, you permit us to use it to improve Exposentra without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how CyberHunter Ltd processes personal data. Customer organisations remain responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to provide user and asset information to the service.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or respond to a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Workspace or organisation-data deletion may require confirmation from an authorised administrator and may be subject to legal retention duties.
13. Availability and warranties
The early-access service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to operate it responsibly but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free results or compatibility with every device or asset. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the early-access service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. Any additional commercial liability terms will be presented before a paid plan is accepted.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply. Questions should be sent to info@cyberhunter.biz.
